Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the libusun.com website (the “Site”), operated by LIBUSUN (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site, submitting a form, or using any of our online tools, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or acting with the consent of a legal guardian, and that you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. When using the Site, you must not:
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, videos, product names, logos, and design — is the property of LIBUSUN or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download materials for personal use or project evaluation; any commercial reproduction or distribution requires our prior written consent.
AI Visualizer
The Site offers an AI-powered visualization tool that generates images of LIBUSUN materials applied to a scene you select or a photo you upload. By using it, you agree that:
- You only upload photos you own or have the right to use, and no images that are unlawful or contain personal data of third parties
- Uploaded photos are processed by our AI infrastructure provider and retained only temporarily, as described in our Privacy Policy
- Generated images are illustrative previews — the actual appearance, color, and texture of installed materials may differ
- We may limit, throttle, or suspend access to the tool to prevent abuse
Generated visualizations may be used for your personal project evaluation. They are not a binding representation of the final installed product.
Product Information
Product descriptions, specifications, and technical data on the Site are provided for general information and may be updated over time. They do not constitute architectural, engineering, or legal advice. Always verify current specifications against our technical documentation and consult qualified professionals and local building codes before specifying or installing any product.
Inquiries and Communications
Submitting a form on the Site (contact, sample kit, or trade access request) does not create a contract or an obligation on our part. We will use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy, and may decline incomplete or abusive submissions at our discretion.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and relies on third-party services (such as hosting, analytics, and AI processing). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
